All Pros, no Cons
The staff's friendliness is unmatched, especially Mr Jess and Mrs Jullie, who provided excellent tour tips and personalized dietary breakfast options, including extra avocado.

The property had its downsides—it's a little far from the beach, particularly to Stations 1 and 2, making that trek a bit of a slog. I stayed in a Standard Double Room that felt damp, and the only window option was misleading. only one room had a real window. The internet was slow, the TV in my room had a weak signal, and the general noise pollution from motorbikes and tricycles could be bothersome, especially at 5 AM. Breakfast variety was limited, only offering American or Filipino styles every day, and there were few amenities for towel drying.

this hotel is super budget friendly and just a short walk to the beach. It's close to lots of restos with cheap eats. the family room is really clean and comfy, and i loved the free hot/cold water fountains available! the staff were really chill and helpful, making every day feel enjoyable. breakfast on the roof terrace was great with good coffee, would totally recommend it!
the wifi is kinda weak which was annoying at times. also, there was some noise from the street that made it hard to sleep in.

The room was quite dark and cramped, lacking adequate window lighting, and often noisy due to its proximity to the reception area. Ants were a recurring issue in the bathroom, which also detracted from the experience. Cleaning services needed to be specifically requested, and there was a noticeable absence of hooks for wet swimsuits and towels. On the bright side, the pan roasted beef tenderloin was a highlight, and the general hospitality of the staff was commendable.

Perfect for a budget stay with lovely beach access
I recently stayed for 4 nights in a Family Room and absolutely loved the close proximity to Station 3 beach, which was just a short 5-minute walk away. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated the hot/cold water fountains available for free. The breakfast on the roof terrace was a delightful start to each day with great variety. I think adding more vegetarian options for breakfast could improve the experience.
